We work hand-by-hand with clients to identify and take up their major challenges developing conceptual and operational frameworks that can be practically applied to their specific reality and context. Our methodology is based on the following six phases
We collect, based on ad-hoc frameworks, the essential information about the company’s industry, market and competitive context, its objectives, strategy and resources, its strengths and weaknesses.
Together with the client, we define the specific objectives of the assignment, complement and adapt our basic strategic and operational model to the specific situation, and identify the key factors that can have an impact on the desired results.
Based on the previous phases, we agree with the client upon a preliminary action plan, that will be adjusted on the way: internal and external resources, activities and responsibilities, expected intermediate and final outcomes, metrics, deadlines.
Based on the action plan, our consultant(s) develop specific and detailed memos and guidelines that cover the immediate steps to be conducted together with the client’s staff, and identify the supporting sources of information and data.
We work in strict collaboration with the client, both face-to-face and remotely, in order to implement the action plan and deliver the expected outcomes, supporting his/her company with all the necessary resources and tools, and work-in-progress reports.
Together with the client, we conduct an in-depth assessment of the obtained results, providing him/her with the necessary guidelines, if applicable and with the appropriate adjustments, for following-up without our assistance the approaches adopted during the assignment.
